The short version
- You find and trade OTC coins from your own wallet. Sendo takes 1% on buys and sells, and you see it on one line before you tap.
- You can put rewards or spare money into a pool in one tap. Sendo takes 0.25% going in. Coming out is free.
- Every swap in a Sendo pool pays 6%. The people in the pool get 4.8%. Meteora runs the pool and gets 1.2%.
- Part of Sendo's fee buys back coins on every trade. That's the Sendo protocol, and the Reserve keeps what it buys. Each week the top 3 shared trades win part of the buyback money in SOL.
What Sendo is
Coins launch on OTC Desks. Sendo never hosts a launch, and Launch OTC Coin sends you there. Once a coin is out, Sendo is where you trade it and put money into its pools.
- Pools. Every listed pool is on one map, sized by how much money is in it. Drop in and you get paid from every swap. Take out whenever you want.
- Clubs. Every real coin has an Investor Club. That's where investors post why they bought.
- Rewards. OTC coins pay their holders. You can keep a reward, sell it, or Grow it into a pool in one tap.
- The Reserve. The Sendo protocol buys back coins with part of every Sendo fee. The Reserve keeps them.
- Top Trades. Each week the top 3 shared trades win part of the buyback money in SOL. Profit and loss never decides it.
Trading
- The buy. Tap Buy and type a dollar amount on the keypad.
- The fee. Before you tap, you see one "Sendo fee" line in dollars. Sendo adds no spread of its own.
- The route. Jupiter finds the route and the price.
- Who signs. You do. Only you can approve a transaction from your wallet. Once a trade is signed, it can't be reversed.
A fast buyer is a trader too. Sendo does not stop sniping and never claims to.
Pools
A pool holds two coins side by side. Most of the time it's a coin and SENDO.
- Drop in. Pick a pool and an amount, then approve once. Sendo sells what you picked into one side, swaps half into the other side, and adds both. Your money goes into one pool, never spread out. Drop in starts on a SENDO pool. Tap a coin's tile and you drop into that coin's pool.
- Going in. Sendo takes 0.25%, shown on one line before you approve. It only comes out on the last step, so a drop in that fails costs nothing. The swap inside a drop in has no Sendo trade fee.
- What the pool pays. Every swap pays 6%. The people in the pool get 4.8% and Meteora gets 1.2%. Fast moves add a dynamic fee on top. Your cut follows your share of the pool.
- Why 6%. Every OTC coin's main market on OTC Desks pays its holders from its fee. Sendo pools charge more on purpose, so the everyday trades stay on that market. A pool earns in bursts, on big moves.
- Collect and Take out. Both are free. Your position sits in your own wallet, and Sendo can't move it. Both happen inside Sendo, and your own wallet signs.
- Make a pool. A coin earns its own pool by hitting a published mark, numbers like age, holders and liquidity. Once it hits the mark, anyone signed in can make the pool.
The catch.A small drop in earns small change. Just holding the coin can beat the pool. And a coin in a pool stops earning OTC holder payouts.
Where the money goes
- The 1%. Every trade on Sendo pays 1%. Most of it goes back into the coin you traded and into SENDO. A small part runs Sendo. Jupiter takes its routing fee. The SENDO part buys SENDO, held in the SENDO buyback wallet. The split is on the Fees page.
- The 0.25%. That one is Sendo's, taken when you go into a pool. Taking out and collecting are free.
- Selling a reward. No Sendo fee.
- A pool's 6%. It goes to the people in the pool and to Meteora, never to Sendo. Sendo only earns pool fees as a regular member of a pool, and its positions are listed.
- Other costs. Network fees, price impact and each coin's own OTC Desks fee. None of that goes to Sendo.
- The Sendo protocol. The share for the coin you traded buys that coin back, and the Reserve keeps it. Sendo can pause buying. It never promises a buy or a price. Sendo only quotes a buyback number once the chain shows it.
- Top Trades. The plan: each week, 10% of the SENDO buyback money goes to the top 3 shared trades, paid in SOL, and the other 90% buys SENDO. The first prizes wait until a lawyer reads the rule, so for now all of it buys SENDO.
- The wallets. Every Sendo wallet is on Wallets and the Sendo protocol with its full address. Every move out of a fee or reward wallet is on the record, even moves to Sendo's own wallets.
What can look bad
- "They push you into their token." Most Sendo pools pair a coin with SENDO, so half of a drop in turns into SENDO. The sheet tells you that first. You can still Keep or Sell, and the SENDO / SOL pool pays in SOL.
- "The founder's bag gets pumped." Sendo's wallets are public, and every move is on the record. Today the founder's own wallet holds the only position in DOPE / SENDO, the pool where Drop in starts.
- "Pools sold as easy money." There is no promised number, and every pool says its risk in words. When a number says "so far", it means so far.
- "Fees on both ends." One fee per action. Nothing to take out. The full list is on the Fees page.
- "Fake volume." Sendo only quotes numbers you can check on chain. No wash trades, and volume that only routes through is never counted as demand.
- "Sendo's pools take the holders' rewards." A cheap pool would. At 6%, the everyday trades stay on the coin's main market. And every bot trade through a pool pays that market too.
- "Sendo holds your money." Your coins and pool positions sit in your own wallet. A wallet made through the door keeps its key with Privy. Older wallets Sendo made in the browser keep their key in Sendo's database, encrypted and unlocked by your password. Sendo says so here and on the Privacy page.
- "They can change the rules." Fees only change going forward, with notice on the Fees page. A pool's fee is set when the pool is made.
- "Charts can vanish." Charts come from a Jupiter data feed that Jupiter doesn't document. If it stops, the charts show a dash.
