This is the honest state of everything Sendo does to keep you safe. Shipped features, what’s actually working, and what I haven’t built yet. Each feature declares what 100% looks like for it specifically, and the percentage reads against that target. If you find something on this page that doesn’t match what the product actually does, tell me.

Fees

100%
100% target
What Sendo charges, where it goes. No hidden spread, no creator-skim, no migration tax.
What works
Trading fee: 1% per swap on the bonding curve, split 50/50 between the token creator and Sendo. Migration: when a token graduates from the bonding curve to a DAMM v2 LP, the pool charges a 2% LP fee — that's a Meteora protocol fee, not a Sendo fee. Initial market cap is 30 SOL, graduation market cap is 400 SOL, and token supply is 1,000,000,000 (immutable per token). DBC partner config (immutable, on-chain): B2eJzuPX7D8k9fLeg54tzSBioV3sEQpjN84yF8rEiZ3W. Fee claimer wallet: 5rVcVFCEUeWNZ484r7YPs5PsKDuJGFk3KJX4upmHYQcx. Every fee is visible on-chain — trading fees route through Meteora's DBC contract, so you can verify the 1% / 50% split by inspecting any swap transaction.
What doesn’t yet
Priority fees on individual swaps (paid to validators, not Sendo) are NOT capped on the client side beyond Sendo's adaptive ceiling of 0.0001 SOL per tx — see the priority-fees v0.8.2 changelog entry.

War Room

100%
100% target
Tokens with active bundler-block activity surface live on the home page rail, ranked by recent catch heat. Every catch goes on the public bundler list. Replaces King of the Hill — every other launchpad shows you who's winning; Sendo shows you who's being attacked and what we caught.
What works
Tokens being attacked by bundlers right now show up here. Bot counts and recency windows are public — SOL amounts never are. Every catch goes to the public bundler list.
What doesn’t yet
The rail is quiet by design until live detection turns on. Cross-venue catches will be added next.

Signed Chat

100%
100% target
Every chat message is signed by the wallet that posted it. Fakes and copies are caught automatically.
What works
When you post in a token's chat, your wallet leaves a signature that proves you wrote the message. Sendo checks that signature before accepting the post. If someone tries to re-send a message they copied from you earlier, the system catches that too.
What doesn’t yet
Nothing. This one is done.

Anti-Bundler

70%
100% target
Catch bundler bots everywhere they try to slip in: during the first minute of a launch, over the hours after, across multiple tokens they attack, and by the shape of their buy patterns. At 100%, this becomes "Clean Launch" and every Sendo token shows a live count of bots it's blocked.
What works
For the first 60 seconds of a new token launch, Sendo rejects buys from wallets that look like bots — ones that are brand new, that coordinate with other wallets, or that match known bundler patterns. Every token page shows an "ANTI-BUNDLER CLEARED" badge confirming which checks the launch passed.
What doesn’t yet
Detection after the first 60 seconds, tracking bots across multiple tokens, and the public "bots blocked" counter are all built but not turned on yet. These activate at main launch, when the feature is renamed Clean Launch.

Custodial Wallet Security

85%
100% target
Your wallet's private key is stored encrypted. You control how long a login session lasts. You can plug in a hardware security key. You can log out of every session everywhere with one click.
What works
If you made your wallet with Sendo (instead of using Phantom or Solflare), your password unlocks a locked copy of your wallet's private key. After you unlock once, Sendo remembers the key for 15 minutes so you don't have to re-enter your password on every action. After 15 minutes the key is wiped.
What doesn’t yet
You can't choose your own session length yet — it's stuck at 15 minutes. No support for hardware security keys like Ledger or YubiKey. No button to end all active sessions at once.

Trade History Integrity

100%
100% target
Nobody can add fake trades to Sendo's trade history. Every recorded trade is verified against the actual transaction that happened on Solana before it's saved.
What works
Every trade on Sendo is verified against the actual Solana transaction before it's saved. Fakes are impossible — the blockchain is the source of truth.
What doesn’t yet
Nothing. Old trades from before the fix are marked 'legacy' internally but remain in the display for historical continuity.

Rate Limiting

30%
100% target
Every part of Sendo that accepts input from you has a cap on how many requests it takes per minute, so spammers and attackers can't flood the system. When you hit a cap, you get a clear message telling you to wait.
What works
Chat has a cap of 5 messages per minute per wallet. Try to post a sixth and you'll get a "wait 60 seconds" message.
What doesn’t yet
Every other part of Sendo — launching a token, logging a trade, fetching price data — has no cap yet. Only Vercel's built-in spam protection stands between these and a determined attacker.

Anti-Vamping

0%
100% target
Block copycat launches at three levels: catch duplicates of other Sendo tokens, catch duplicates of tokens on other launchpads like pump.fun, and catch redrawn or restyled versions of existing tokens.
What works
Nothing active for users yet. The first level — catching when someone tries to launch a token using the same image as an existing Sendo token, including flipped or slightly-edited versions — is fully built but turned off. It turns on at main launch.
What doesn’t yet
All three levels are invisible to users today. Level 1 flips on at main launch. Levels 2 and 3 (checking other launchpads, and catching redrawn copies) are fully designed and ship once there's enough traffic to justify the cost of running them.

Content Security Policy

0%
100% target
Strict rules that tell browsers exactly which scripts and resources Sendo is allowed to load. Anything unexpected — injected ads, malicious code, phishing overlays — gets blocked by the browser itself before it can do anything.
What works
Nothing yet.
What doesn’t yet
All of it. This is part of the next major security batch.

A full copy of Sendo — with its own copy of the database — where every risky change gets tested before it touches the real site.
What works
Nothing yet.
What doesn’t yet
All of it. Today every database change is made directly to the live site after checking that the code compiles. Test copy comes with the next major security batch.
